Blog Content Overview

The focal point of this blog is to express my love for the art of reflective thinking.

My goal is to post images, quotes, and other artistic imagery accompanied by my reflective thought in 15 words or less. In a world where we are increasing looking for new avenues to truncate life’s daily tasks, I offer this blog forward. Thank you for taking the time to visit. Please comment, if so inclined. I would love to hear from you.As clear by my presence on WordPress this is not a silo exercise of reflective thinking. I am comfortable enough in my own beliefs to take part in discussing competing ideas or school of thoughts. Post in this category follow a daily publishing schedule.Other segments of focus will include my introspective confession moments, Holy Spirit Confession moments, Need-to-Know segment, and my new Meditation series began on September 14, 2014.

Confession Moments

These are moments of venting at a current test, battle, or testimony in my life in the moment. Each moment accompanied by an image, quotes, or other artistic imagery alongside of my reflective thought in 15 words or less (when at all possible). They are in the moment raw emotional writings as I am experiencing simply living day-to-day. As such, with rawness comes the opportunity to reflective and refine as necessary. Post in this category do not follow a routine publishing schedule, they are as needed.

Randomness (NTK)

The Need-to-Know segment began on Saturday, May 24, 2014. It will address, discuss, and bring light to the issues facing us in the new age world of cyber espionage. Many of us swipe the card without a thought to the prying eyes lurking for behind the mainframe. Their predefined and predetermined sneak attack lays in-wait for the next victim of misplaced hope. Some of us looking for the get rich scheme of the century we know God promised us so long ago to actually manifest in the here-and-now, we enter our personal identifiable information into every box on the World Wide Web without a thought for who might be on the other end of money portal. This was intentionally repetitive. Days or years later, we receive the call, “This must be God delivering on his promise we surmise”. However, often broker than we were before (we took the big leap of faith) we blame it on the devil, or Satan, or some other entity without the ability to create. In any case, we curse God for our faulty logic vowing never to trust him/her again. The door is now open. Refusing covering, we shore up the storm shelters and open ourselves up for the next attack. How right we are. There will always be an attack in some form or another. However, knowledge provides a thin barrier between you and those positioned in opposition to your ordained destiny.

Meditations

In the year of 2010, I experienced an overwhelming appearance of the Holy Spirit. It rocked me in ways, I wonder if I will ever be able to fully grasp in this earthly vessel. During this time, I could not stop writing. I went into a form of hibernation. I wrote what I was hearing. I wrote about what I was seeing. I wrote about how I was feeling. I just wrote. As I start to look back over these writings, I will add some of my thoughts, here. Today begins my meditation series. I had initially intended to turn it into a book. Who knows, one day I might, one day. Yet, with my heart coming to grasp with some harsh realities, Compelled to revisit the messages given to me at the start of 2010, I can find no justifiable reason to wait until the words go through the publication process. Therefore, it is my hope and prayer the words of my soul bring you closer to your own personal truths about who we follow, who we love, who we believe in, and how we move forward knowing what, we each now know.I began writing this series on August 29, 2010 at 7:52 am. It is my current plan of action to post one mediation a day. There are only about 17 post, but I believe they are worth sharing. Enjoy.
